Use some melatonin..it's available at health shops. It's the natural thing your body uses to make you tired, it's for people with jetlag and stuff. Works within like 15-20 minutes, you pretty much pass right out.
phoenix Reviewed by phoenix on . clean for a week if you remember, im putting a TEMPORARY stop on smoking. today is the 7th day that i havent smoked. its been months since i've even gone two days without smoking, much less a week. there have been rough times. not sure when im gonna smoke again. havent slept for shit though, so if i go back to work this week(depending on condition of my finger, stitches removed tomorrow), i may smoke a little at night just to knock me out.
