im sorrrie to say.... i didnt know what window wells were at first, but once he said A windowell is an hole dug around a window that is below ground level. i knew he was talking about the basment windows.

and they put them there for ventelation so that ppls dont have to breathe in nasty air, they can get freash air from outside, they are not for looking at things.
