BAD in the fact that as he's selling to you he expects you to wait for him which can be upto an hour that wouldnt be bad if he said come get some in an hour but he says meet u in 10 mins and then turns up an hour later in a different place he does this because he no's your gonna wait for it.
My dealers are all good actually, quality and weight.

This one guy though, about 50% of the time he doesn't have any in, and he's just waiting for that phone call. So sometimes I have to wait a few hours, but the wait is always worth it from him. His bags are sometimes .2 off or something, no biggie, and he gets it all from the BC coast, so the quality is always there. Plus, he is only about a 10min walk from my place.

Sometimes I don't feel like waiting though , so I know another guy who delivers to my house. Always weighed up, to a T. Quality, good, reliablity, well, he doesn't turn on his phone until night time, so afternoon pickups from him or always slim.

And finally, I know this one guy who I barely go to anymore, who has the most skunkiest weed I have ever smelt. You can't walk around with this stuff in your pocket without smelling like a skunk, so that's why I rarely go there. Always weighed up, good quality, and he is always home as is confined to a wheelchair.
