    Back problems.

My back will occasionally lock up and I can't move without excruciating pain.. this is normally when I stretch and pop my back. I know the simple answer is don't pop it, but what's making this happen and is it serious? I'm only 18.

I'm no MD, but it could be a pinched nerve. You also could have pulled something, but like I said, I'm no doctor, so go see one right away. It could be something more serious.

I had a protruding disk when I was 17, dont wait, do something now! Back pain usually does NOT get better on its own. If you must do physical therapy, and the pain increases dont hesitate to stop it and get your doc's attention! Make sure they do more than just x-rays too, they are usually inconclusive. An MRI is your best bet for identifying the problem. Dont give up until you get a difinitive answer too.
    Good luck!

How much junk food do you eat? I used to drink three sodas a day and that made my lower back hurt. I started drinking more water and eating healthy, and my back problems went away.

I heard problems like that are usually caused by execessive gay butt sex. im not making any judgements here, but, maybe you should take it easy for a while...you homo.

Go see a doctor, at the least they'll give you a script for cyclobenzaprine (muscle relaxer), hydrocodone or oxycodone if you're really hurting, and possibly an anti-spasmatic, at least that's what I always get when my back goes all wiggy like that. But seriously go to the doctor.
