    Question on "Zandorâ??s cloning 101"

There are 2 types most people will make them self’s. One is just a bubbler and uses aquarium air stones and air pump. The idea is for the bubbles to rise and pop raising the humidity and feeding the stems that hang above the water when the bubbles reach the top and they do.

i always have my stem submerged it the water..which works for me
so i see this and think to my self,.. wtf. did i learn this wrong
so i looked around and everyone even checked OGfaqs and all says submerge the stem

i figure you probably dont use this method but i Guess im just wondering whats up with your method of stem above waterline

while im at it,. quick Question.
do you cut a slit on the bottem of your cuttings stem
    whats best

The idea behind having stem above waterline is more oxygen to roots...Zandor sprays his cuttings from the bottom with sprinklers,
aeroponic technique. I on the other hand, use a bubbler, either way works great...above 95% success rate...check my thread in hydro forum 'Clones in 10 days/homemade bubbler', this is yet another option...does this answer your question?

No I don't like to root by just placing them in a glass of water. Sure it may work but the success rate is less then 50%. Most of the time they just rot or drown and don't root. That is not good enough for my taste so I do prefer to use Aeroponics cloning. That is probably the very best way to clone with the best success rate.

Bubblers do work but again not the very best way to root clones. Second best way yes and they are cheap to build and run you just need a shit load of bubbles to make them work and you keep the water level below the root tips.

FIFTY !! lol if i cut 50 ill have nothing left but stem

    ok
i lowered the water and let the bubbles pop to wet the stem only on the "two" new cuttings. Then i pussed out after a while with no results. So i added water to submerger the stem ...im still waiting on something. im guessing it will be a lil while cus i cut them off plants two week into flowering

out of my last "three" cuttings one rooted ..one more out of these two new cuttings and ill be set .

my cloneing perdy much sucks but i get results sooner or later ...i do have a buddy with an areo cloner that will supply me. if i ever fail to root

    --------------------------
    some FYI:
i grow in a c13 cab so space is limeted to two 5gal DWC buckets
or 4 medium size pots if i grow soil ..i did fit a rubber maid tub inside my cab which can hold four clones... im gonnna try that sooner or later

Yeskaa - Are you using Anti-Wilt to coat the whole cutting? If you are not then you should start using it ASAP.

    Question on "Zandorâ??s cloning 101"

I have seen some product labeled leaf shine. It's the same idea and may not have any B1 with it but I assume in a pinch it will work.
