why take the pill, fuck id rather be depressed then be on the pills, although i dont know what effexor is, an anti-depressant??
and indeed be careful its not weed making you depressed, it can happen quite easily if youve been smoking a lot all week then cant get any, im just like, what am i going to do?? fuck no weed and sort of sit around annoyed all day, but you just need to get out of that frame of mind which is quite hard to do i know..

Effexor is more for my anxiety. I'm not positive if I have clinical depression or not. My doctor prescribed me the effexor xr for my anxiety and possible depression. A psychologist told me she didn't find enough symptoms to diagnose me with depression but I think she's full of shit.

No, depression is a pretty serious thing. You're probably down in the dumps and the low you'll feel after the "prescription" drugs wear off, will make you suicidal, or something.

GRRRR. Sometimes I really dislike the therapy industry - can't even give you a coherent answer about what's going on, just throw pills at you and jack your cash because they're fucking clueless.

Sorry, rant. I'm sure there are some good shrinks out there - I've just yet to meet them, and you'd think that after seeing therapists for 8 years I'd run into AT LEAST one.

im with you man.i rather be depressed than take them pills.i smoke cuz i have an anger problem and bi-polar.if i didnt smoke i would be walking around like taz from ECW all the time.e-c-dub e-c-dub e-c-dub

Cause these pills even me out some guys, which is better than me going around all day thinking of scenarios of what could happen in my life today. Thats what my brain normally does without them. I can control it most of the time, but occasionally it gets out of hand. I've had a couple panic attacks before.
