Sativa Vs. Indica?

Ok. I have heard many different conflicting reports on the differences in the types of high. I have heard that satica causes a much more pshcyadelic type high and indica causes a more mellow chill the fuck out high. Is this right? and if it is, what strains r good satica strains that cause a psychydelic high?

sativa is not a psychedelic high, (unless dipped in acid first) its a head high.

Indica is a body stoned (couch lock)
