"chatter" by definition, is chatter. Not conspiracy.
A criminal conspiracy exists when two or more people agree to commit almost any unlawful act, then take some action toward its completion. The action taken need not itself be a crime, but it must indicate that those involved in the conspiracy knew of the plan and intended to break the law. One person may be charged with and convicted of both conspiracy and the underlying crime based on the same circumstances.

The specific chatter I refer to is when two individuals duke it out over a delayed/missing pkg in public. (sorry for not being clear)
Transactions should always reamain private, thats my preference,..thats all.

of course, but talking about a crime is not a crime. There must be steps taken towards the crime, which cannot be proven in this case unless the individual in question is stupuid enough to not deny what he had previously said. "it was a joke" would suffice to get you off, as would "oh I just posted that to piss off other people"

Tracking something to one's computer doesn't mean diddly ... and anyways, many folks in the DEA and other law enforcement agencies, privately, wish cannabis was legalized / regulated; they don't need more work chasing tokers ... they'd prefer to focus on more important matters.

And while on the topic of big brother, they already know where I am ... geez

This is a publicly accessible site; one should assume all internet activity that one does anywhere is monitored by the government and other entities ... public means just that ... the Marihemp Network gets 10,000+ visitors per day - the secret is out!

I am very sorry, Ron. I've been abusing my free-membership.
I'm blind.

The IMG tag can be easily abused - ie. folks using it to track users IPs by using IMG to link to an image file and then browsing their log files for all the IPs ... or possibly even going one step further and placing a cookie header in the linked image too for more detailed tracking.

Good call on the img tags, Ron.. Pretty much every other forum i've visited allow img tags, and they're extremely slow to load (especially on dial up connections) and sometimes people's signature images make the forums look cluttered and annoying.
