Most of theplaces I know will put a warrant on the NCIC computer. Nothing happends until your name pops up in a check- Roadblock, job, pulled over, check by a cop. Then they hold you in jail untill you see a judge for a bond. If you w/i the area they will travel to pick you up.

My Brother went to Rochester Institute of Technology. I went to one of their hockey games, the Tiger's, I think. Lake Erie pretty much destroys Western New York in the Winter.
