I appoligize for not being clearer. I have been trying to keep up w. a lot posts simultaniouly (sp) (sic).

Most of theplaces I know will put a warrant on the NCIC computer. Nothing happends until your name pops up in a check- Roadblock, job, pulled over, check by a cop. Then they hold you in jail untill you see a judge for a bond. If you w/i the area they will travel to pick you up.
