LSA is not derived from LSD. they say that it's closely related... but judging by effects, that's bullshit to me. i ate somewhere around 300-350 once and didn't get ANY visuals, etc. all i got was REALLY REALLY huge pupils, and an extremely swollen stomach.
but back to your question... Heavenly Blues are supposed to be the best ones for "the job", whatever that may be. but as far as i'm concerned, it's a load of shit and you are basically wasting your money if you buy them. if you're going to do something stupid, just buy some acid. what the hell do you want to eat seeds for?

uhhh, its not that easy buddy, its a hard fucking shell coating, it takes a coiuple minutes with a pocket knife to clean off one of these fuckers, although i soaked em in alcohol and when you squeeze they popped right off, i would expect the alcohol would kill the lsa though :X
