Resin?

One of my buddies bought this resin the other day and it's completely legal. The effects were just like that of marijuana as far as i could tell, but i knew it wasn't marijuana resin. I believe he said it was Poppy Resin, but I'm not sure and I just wanted to see if any of you knew what it might be. Thanks in advance.

Perhaps it isn't legal, I'm only going on information based on what my mate told me. I know you can order California Poppy Resin though so I would assume it is legal. I just can't remember the name of it and I dont wanna waste my time on it if it isn't going to get me fucked up.

Yea thats a good idea, I cant remember and me mate got sent to jail for drug trafficing only a few hours ago. To bad, the stuff was actually kinda nice.

California Poppy???? lol. that's a load of BS. that shit has NOTHING on pot. just keep smoking weed. believe me, you are looking in the wrong place. now if it were poppy resin from the pods of an actual Opium Poppy... then hell yes, that would have definitely fucked you up i'm sure. but california poppies.....NO.
