cheers for the info big B,never made it out to the grow shop today to look for a light as i ended up smokin a few,probbly for the better as id have bought the 250 watt,will hit the grow shop mid week for the light as its early days yet and as far as im aware your ok with the flouros for the first 2- 4 weeks,happy smokin :O)
