Get A chest x-ray. When I started smoking again, one day I coughed, I heard something snap, and had a nasty pain in my side that lasted a while. I think I was coughing so much from smoking too many dirty blunts. Anyway they gave me an X-ray and didn't find anything.

Could be growing pains my friend. When I had that age, I would get those types of pains... they're just growing pains. Your body is growing, things like this happen... muscles get stretched... joints get squished... bones extend... etc.

I really doubt it has to do with your smokin... In any case, you're not going to die in 5 days... my suggestion? Do a test... smoke shitloads for 2 days... any pains? Ok, now don't smoke ANYTHING for 2 days... any pains?

I honestly think it's just growing pains.
