I'm not an expert on the subject but I think the idea is to keep yourself hydrated, so water is best but snapple is probably ok too.

Tea as is, Snapple is a diuretic. I would at least do 1/2 water and the rest Snapple if that is all you drink. Gatorade is good too. Read N2's dilution method. If it were myslef, I would follow that EXACTLY! Good luck
