Mark, 1 time/occasion use is detectable, in general, for 1-5 days. With the massive amount of liquids you drank just prior to the test, IMO, the only worry you have is if the results come back dilute, as there is relitivly ZERO chance of urine that dilute, with a smoking history you gave, comming up possitive.
