You can still buy fly algeric mushrooms legally in britian cause they don't contain physcobilin, but the have to be cooked,prepared properely as un prepared they're still poisnous.

Oh and you can eat stinging nettles if prepared right...it's all about preparation.

I ate a shroom identical to the fly algeric, i was confident it was, and i cleaned it good and ate it. Only to find it didnt get me high. At no point was i just waitin at the bus stop and find a random fluresant toadstool at my feet and decide to eat it.
