Maine has a new Medical Marijuana pilot program
Maine has a new Pilot Program for Medical Marijuana Patients and Caregivers!
Maine passed its version of the Medical Marijuana Act back in 1999. It was obviously fashioned after Californiaâ??s Proposition 215. The similarities end there.
Over the past five years California activists have started a score of pilot programs all meant to test, strengthen, and evolve the laws governing Medical Marijuana. While back here in Maine there has been a loud sucking sound as the groups who pushed the Medical Marijuana Act in 1999 like â??Mainers for Medical Rightsâ?? apparently left our state.
Its great to see a pilot program finally started here in Maine. The group â??Maine Compassionate Cannabis Coalitionâ??

Maine has a new Medical Marijuana pilot program
Cool, Frank, Mr. Weed. Personally, I think we should get rid of the word "Medical" before Marijuana because the herb is Universal. It helps most-obviously in people who need it the most, but it, also, helps the rest of their non-diseased body, a benefit people without pot-prescriptions never get (legally). Marijuana should be prescribed to 100% of the population(s), and , six months from (date of prescriptions) now, we see how it all turned out. A National Human Experiment.

I'm not sure how good Jimmy Carter would have handled some of the things that've happened to Bush. I feel sorry for him, but I'll start caring when he legalizes kannibis as a last-ditch effort to shine any light on his two-terms.
