So where are headshops illegal?

My town has 2 headshops and they sell everything you could ever dream of except actual weed.

They are legal in some states in the U.S. and not in others.

I know they are legal (no marijuana paraphenalia only TOBACCO WATER PIPES lol etc etc)

in two states.

Arizona and Illinois.

Anything else I really don't know about.

they r legal in all states, they are meant for smoking tobacco, which isnt illegal so how can a pipe be illegal? as long as there isnt weed resin in it ur fine....living in cananda must be nice

Agreed.. it's only an argument in Semantics. Selling "glass water tobacco pipes" is perfectly, deliciously legal. Selling Bongs, however, is completely illegal and is criminal activity. It's all in the labeling.
