it is possible to set up an entirely automated hydroponic system that would work, it sounds like u wud need sum wer to set it up tho, dunno if it cud be done in a cupboard or similar

timers can in fact be used to turn on and off things like lights fans,even water supply,,give it just a lil thought,visit a hardware store,

would take some investment
