Okay so under BobBong's name it says Banned. But the little green dot next to his name is... green, so, that, uhhh, means that he's just changed his custom title to say 'banned', right? Or is he actually banned?

And is BUZz UK banned too? Or is he secretly a Cafe Member and did the same as Bob and changed his custom title to say 'banned', if, that is, Bob did do that... he might just be banned too...
