The old residents moved out a month or 2 ago. When I got out of the car, I smelled smoke in the air, and the 2 were huddled close together. I went inside and decided to look out of my window to see what was really going on. The 2 had already went inside. Ah ha! What do you think? Could I have some kick ass neighbors for a change??? lol, oops i droped my 3.5 grams of weed accidently while having a conversation with you after i saw you acting suspicious on the porch the other day so i decided to have a conversation with you to get to know my neighbors so there was no reason for me to even bring weed with me.

They may not like it if you ask them about smoking immediatly. you should probably get to know them first and then when you are comfortable witht hem when the right situation comes up, mention it to them.

maybe not. sometimes you get dick neighbors and sicne he doesnt actually know if hey smoke or not, they may call the cops or something when they see him acting weird with friends or whatever, or havinga party if they know he smokes.
