New grow season

Hey all! Well its that time of year when a young boys mind starts thinking about the winter grow. I've read HT a bit and this site a lot, and have a few questions. Last year I grew NLXBB and had a great time, and a nice harvest. Now I need seeds... I'm wondering about safe sources. I'm leaning toward Low rider or some more NL and maybe a NL crossed with like haze. What ya think? What I seek is input as to a good cheap source of seeds and a nice strain that is suited to indore stelth grow conditions. I'm not a dealer so quantity is secondary to the quality in my mind... Please, all input is welcomed.
