ATTORNEY NEEDED ASAP HELP PLEASE!!!!!
Get a lawyer, either through NORML or through your own yellow pages search. What the police did is illegal and the "evidence" will not be admissable in a U.S. court. If you had given consent to search, then yes it would have been. However, without consent being given, there's little they can legally do without calling in the dogs to get a warrant. I assume they didn't call in the dogs, as there was no mention of that, so that means what they did was an illegal search and seizure. Same thing happened to my friend's dealer, on his way back from Illinois he was pulled over and illegally searched. They found 3 lbs of White Widow and another 2 lbs of shrooms in his car, but he got off because it was an illegal search and seizure.
My advice is to go through NORML, like rysk8er420 said. If not, just browse the yellow pages.MightyFourTwenty Reviewed by MightyFourTwenty on . ATTORNEY NEEDED ASAP HELP PLEASE!!!!!
