im new to this and dont know what to expect im in central iowa and Im just looking for help on how to get growing,best lights, best dirt,best seeds, ive read alot and learnd alot but to much is never enoughf.

Well in Iowa you probably don't have a hydroponics store where you can buy everything you can conceivably need to grow the best hyro dank in theworld, so you will have to IMPROVISE. Get online and go to indoorsun.com, you can get a 400 hps lamp for $173 - this is for a small crop - 6 to 8 plants. This is the main thing. pOst on the row threads and the growers of the good herb can help you out tremendously.
