Question about pruning?? (pic)
The only reason to cut would be to get light to the lower budsites. Cut fan leaves in the way, not whole buds!!!! That bud could turn into half an OZ for all you know.Hope that helped. Happy growing and good luck!!!

Question about pruning?? (pic)
So if I cut the fan leaves that won't hurt her? Well I guess at this stage she doesn't really need them, right? 41 days in flowering

The plant does need the fan leaves just not all of them. You dont want to cut too many off at one time. The plant uses nutrients from the fanleaves during flowering, thats why some of them are yellow im sure. Just use your head before you make a cut thats all.Any questions just ask.

Question about pruning?? (pic)
budman... how can you see all that from that picture.. I tried to clean my glasses twice and I still can't see the bud that well.... lol
I never like to cut fan leaves.... if they come off with a gentle tug, I will do that.. but only to increase airflow... not for light.... BUT I am not saying I am right..
i love you

I avoid pruning whenever possible. Although it can open the light to the lower nodes.. you can create alot of stress for the plant if you do to much at one time.
The plant will shed leaves also, ontop of the leaves you prune. so keep that in mind... prune maybe 1 or 2 fan leaves to open up some lower branches..anything more isn't really required.. and can actually cause more bad than good.
Cheers,
Bob.

Question about pruning?? (pic)
I guess I should've read this before doing it... Oh well it's almost ready to harvest anyway... I took almost 8-10 leaves off and all of them were green. She won't die will she?? I doubt it.. I think she would need to go through some extreme trauma to die..
I'm not sure what to here.. I leave to go out to town from evening till monday afternoon.. I'm not sure what will happen to her if I don't water her 2 days?? Right now I water every 2 days and she is in pretty big pot already.. what should I do? I plan to water her heavy and just take the chance..
thanks for the advice all..

Water her before you leave...
She won't die from the extensive pruning.. you've probably put the harvest date back by like 5 days though.
She should be fine.. she wants to live alot more than you want her to live (as hard as that may be to imagine..it's true)
Cheers,
And happy smoke
