Out-of-the-blue question:

How long do you wait before restarting your ballast... if you happen to shut it off for some wierd unexplainable occourence?

Some fluxiations in The Matrix caused my ballast's power strip to be clicked to off... and I tried turning it back to ON, but the bulb wouldn't light up.
So I turned off power and I find my self in the process of waiting some 30 minutes to try and turn it ON back again.

That's it. Random question.

BTW: My new electricity bill arrived... it came around 50% higher... !!!
