I'm just about to mix in the nutrients with the 5 gallons of RO water... We're using SuperTHRIVE, GH 3-parts (clone mix) and CalMag PLUS.

I just fed the mother... (note the singular use of the word "mother") her water... I'm waiting like 60 minutes until she drinks up, so I cut the clones...

I'm doing exactly the same thing with the clones I did last time.

Damn dude, I choped that male plant. No mercy. I had to use cutting pliers [correct word?]... snap snap snap... tossed it all in a garbage bag, went out for a drive, and dumped it in the 1st garbage pail I could find.

Only one plant left... gonna make some new mothers!

I'm planning on cutting 6 growths... two for hydro grow (DWC 5 gallons) and the rest for soil... making new moms.

I'll update on how it goes later on.

Just a suggestion but have you considered doing a simple straight forward and very basic grow ?
Starting from seeds, just keep everything down to basic requirements, and roughly allow 8 weeks for the veggitive growth and 8 weeks for the flowering

I'm only saying this love because I really do want to see a Turtle harvest on these boards

Honestly you'll find it ever so easy, a little boring maybe but easy non the less

Thanks for the post... yes, I'll do something much more simple now... 5gallon buckets for a DWC system setup. Don't worry, you'll definitely see a turtle harvest here... damn it... I surely hope so...

HELP!

I don't know if I'm slowly killing my mother plant...

Here's the rundown of the situation:
I watered the pot yesterday, full of water.... I'm 98% sure I didn't over water.

The water I used, was Brita-filtered water, SuperTHRIVE, and Schlutz Cactus Juice. The container where I have this water has an airstone in it, 24/7.

The water in that container had been there for about 2 weeks... unused, with the airstone running.

I poured the water yesterday into the pot, and today I open it to find what I think is TOO MANY yellow leaves.

The plant isn't dying tomorrow, I know that... but I can see I fucked up somewhere...

Good to have you around here.

I don't think she's going to die one me, but I can clearly see this was something that had to do with the watering. I mean, the change was too fast in order to be something else... but, I'm also a newb... sooo... I migh be wrong... probably.

As to the leaf-to-stem ratio, interesting. The story is, that that pot had two plants in it... about 1 week ago I found out one of them was a male, so I took it out... I just snipped the stem of it and pulled it out piece by piece.

The male was much more "vigorous" than this female... so, maybe that's the reason for the ratio... ???

The training is just LST... I've never had donen it... so, it was basically trying to keep her low. I think I faired more or less well...

I've only got four right now.... all in a bubbler cloner setup, using a 5 gallon bucket.

The thing is, I got convinced of growing with two 5gallon buckets, DWC-style. So, those are 2 clones I need... then, I wanted to have another clone to start another mother plant... a more trimmed mother plant. That's the 3rd.

Then, the 4th clone was, because I was thinking... you know... being kind of... bad.... and ... nature-like... Kowabunga... rambo... guerilla-style... outdoor... growing... White Widow... 66degrees... female... plant.... thing.
