Yeah, haven't posted in a bit, but I got my shamrock, and it's fuckin everything I wanted it to be. The pain didn't bother me at all, and I love the reaction I get from people when they see it.

To answer some ?s:

No, I won't regret it when I'm older. I refuse to regret anything that I have ever done in my life, this is no different.

Yes, it has meaning. I have always been proud of the fact that my family came from Ireland. I actually have another tattoo planned that is going to incorporate that and everything else I really believe in and care about. I'm designing it myself and it's going to cost about $800.

Beachguy: I don't think I'm going to ever get a tattoo on my inner thigh, sorry. But, I'll get a pic of this one and my next one, which will start on each of my hips and connect around to the center of my back.

Yeah, I know, but it's my own design and it's extremely detailed. It's gonna start on each of my hips and connect to the middle of my back where the main part of it is gonna be about 7 in. by 8 in. (the dimensions aren't definite). It's going to have some color.

It's mostly going to cost that much because it's going to take a long time and I'm going to a pricey place to begin with.

I've been wanting some tattoos for years, and today I'm finally getting one.
I'm gonna get a shamrock on my neck kinda behind my ear. It's going to be so kickass.

that's cool. then you will have a reminder of your background on your body, which to me is worthy of being permanent. this is a picture of what i want to get tattoed. yeah, it's not as meaningful as your shamrock, but it's one of the greatest movies i've seen lol.
