Not to kill the mood, but listen to what many people say, think about when you're older, will you mind having it there, and will you want to try and cover it up all the time (eg. scarf)?

If i was to get a tattoo, it'd probably be on my arm between bicep and shoulder, as when i'm an old man a t shirt can cover it up easily
