Say for example my friend was getting 7 grams of herb threw the mail. The person sending it was in the states and my friend is in Canada.

What kind of trouble can my friend get in if customs gets a hold of it?

Will my friend be charged with Canadian law or USA law?

Whats the charge if its Attempting to buy 7 grams in Canada?

I am no expert on law but I would think customs would be canadian since it is going into canada. My question is why would you be mailing weed into canada? I thought it went the other way.
And mainly your friend should say I have no idea why some one would mail that to me. Please take the vile stuff away from me. ;-)

if there is no return address then they wouldnt know who is sending it so i dont think charges could be brought against the us resident and you cant control what is sent to you in the mail so i doubt they could charge you for getting drugs sent to you unless they could some way prove you ordered it.
