Mediation

I never mediate (as the thread title indicates). why don't these boards have an edit function like all the others?

Most of the time I like to do something when i get high, but I also like to chill out and get into my own world. I used to do a lot of tai chi, yoga and meditation things and I think smoking helps bring your mind into its own and makes it not necessarily easier, but much more intense. My fav though is to get really stoned and just isolate myself and listen to some music that fits the mood I am in at the time and just let the music draw you in.

Which style of Tai Chi were you practicing? I'm barely learning the beginnings of the Yang style of tai chi. I've only learned 16 moves and postures, and I still have a long way to go.
