ok, saturday was supposed to be my last day of smoking(temporary of course), but i extended it to sunday. i havent smoked today, and will not either. i've been fine all day though, feeling a little jittery now though.

hey keep it up! why do you have to quit? i stopped and wouldn't you know, the first day, my ex broke up with me and i nearly killed some one. needless to say, i only stopped for that one day.

i got court on november 7th, so i think it would be best for me to stay clean for a bit. not to mention if i take off for awhile, NO TOLERANCE. i know im gonna relapse here and there(i did stay clean for a year once though), and i have some planned relapses(nov 21st - skins/raiders) and december 19th/20th(1 yr anniversery of my friend's death). and possibly the end of this month since my friend is going to some in-patient rehab thing for a month.
