You need to do some reading there man. go to the FAQ's at the top of the page here:
www.overgrow.com
Raed read read and read some more.
To answer your question though is impossible to answer. To get an estimated yeild, a picture would help first off, it depends on the genetic/strain, there are thousands of them, don't bother asking which one yours is. It depends on the general care you put into the plant, the weather you had this summer, soil, nutrients.

how much should you get from one plant?
this little snippet is from a recent news article,
http://www.courier-gazette.com/artic...ews/news01.txt
Deputies confiscated the plants and the pump but found no one near the area. The plants were piled into 12 bundles, each containing 50 plants. The total weight was 250 pounds. The marijuana reportedly carries a street value of $125,000. Norton said the marijuana is being destroyed.
-------OKay, math wizzes out there, if 50 plants is worth $125,000, how much is each one worth?
are they telling us the truth about these plants?
maybe they weighed em roots and all, if they even weighed them!
and they say they are gonna burn em. why do they do that?
shouldn't they just confiscate the marijuana and give it to low income medical marijuana patients?
Please get back to me with the math, I'm gonna write a letter to the editor about this one!

heavy, your gonna get like 2-3 ounces per plant.
u need your light cycle to be on 18/6 for veg, then after like 1-2 month (depending on what size u want), turn in into 12/12 for flowering
u need also good lights, no cheap normal home light. metal halide is best for veg and hps for flowering. bulbs can be ok too.
a fan helps a lot to make the air circulate. ferts need to be used after like 2 weeks. well that an overall but good luck.
