    outdoor to indoor

I have two female plants that are in seperate 4 gallon pots. I have just recently moved them inside because of shitty cold weather. I have been keeping the plants in front of a sliding glass door in my kitchen where they get lots of sunlight. Once the sun goes down I put them into a pitch black spare bedroom until morning. Then repeat. The plants have about a quarter of buds each. One fucking stinks good. The other not so much.. but anyway, will they continue budding if I use this method.
    Thanks for any info..

Cool man,and welcome to Cannabis.com. I suggest you get yourself a grow box though. Ifyou got them that far, you really shouldn't fuck it u with the damned sun. Make yourslefa little plac ein your closet and get like 400W of HPS lightings. That will get you MUCH bigger buds. The suns good, but Fake sun,and more of it, is better .

Im going to have to agree with completly stoned on this one. Get a 400 watt hps maybe even a 600 watter if you can. Put that bad boy over your plants for a 12/12 cycle and I can give you the budman guarantee that it will double, if not triple the yield you would get with the crappy light it has now(no offense). Good luck and happy growing!!!! Oh, and by the way, I really strongly suggest you get that light or you might be a lil dissapointed with your final product.

    hi yes I cannabis..

    you sound dedictated!!

putting the plant under an hps will cause considerable stretching... it is perfectly fine to do it though.. make sure you get a good fan to blow the heat away from your plants.. this way you can keep the light VERY VERY close...

if your plants are more than 24 inches tall... a 400 is really not gonna cut it...

can you put the light over the plants and keep them in the window!!!

    good luck

    i love you

One of my plants is 28'' The other is 31''. They are both in front of a 7X7' Window. Right now, I put the plants in front of the window from 7:30a.m.-7:30p.m. It gets dark at about 7:00p.m. though sometimes. Is this ok? Some of the fan leaves are turning yellow golden color. If I were to put a light above them, what would be best? Kind of low on $$ so what would be my best bet if I do, in fact need lights+sunlight. I have a couple different lights here I thought would be good for growing at one time, but I'm sure I was wrong. I have A 36'' 30watt floro-2200lumens. A cheap 60Watt blue grow light, and a 150watt bulb(pretty hot) I'm sure these are junk lights for this operation, but if you have any info that will help me please respond. I'm going to try to get some pics for you guys today. Thanks

    Yeah, junk lights ..hahah

but, they can't hurt... window sounds huge.. does the sun come directly through the window..?

How hot does it get? you may consider a light fan on the plant...

If the plant is far into flowering the yellow leaves should be normwal.. they should turn yellow and fall off easy.. but not look necrotic/brown and ugly... they should be like leaves that fall... in FALL.. heheh

    picture?

Well my fellow pot grower, if I were you and was low on the greenbacks iwouldtake every light that I had and would put it into use. Oh, and is it legal were you are? If not I would be carefull about using the lights and the window. Good luck!!!

Oh, and look for some "refurbished" lights. They tend to be a lil cheaper.

Lots of yellow leaves on one of my plants and it dosen't smell much unless you touch it and smell your fingers. How come?? The other plant is still looking good and stinking up the place. Probably a stupid question, but will a plant grow if it were all buds and no leaves. Or when all the leaves turn yellow, should I cut it down. Thanks
