Okay, I got this plant under a 100w cfls (well one of those energy saving one, like an 18w thing?) These pictures are of my Nirvana Bubblelicious plant after 9 days, I am going to put it on 12-12 when it is only about 6-7 inches due to limited grow space. How much bud do you think I could get outa that, if any? Any advice on anything would be mucho respected! Cheers...

Dude, those "100W but only uses 18W" lights are really only 18W of light. It will grow So slow trying to suck up what little light you give it. Feed it at LEAST 100W of pure flouro. HAND IT THE LUMENS MAN!

It says its 1100 lumen which is what a 100 W, I think it is 100W just energy saving no?
Uses the same power as an 18? Am I wrong?

It looks like it should at day 9. I wouldn't stress over it... I mean the nodes could be a little more compact but overall your OK. I would suggest getting some more lights for veg, floros all the way. But your not going to get shit if you use floros for flower... well no you will... just a very little amount. And it will be very airy, wispy strenched out lanky buds. I would suggest a 150w hps system you should be able to find one for pretty cheap and that'll do for one plant.

Minimum required (by almost all info you can find on the internet) is 2000 lumens per square foot. Just to barely keep it alive. 5000 as a medium and 7500 as primo. So 1100 is a long way from that.

And actually they aren't just 18watts of light. They use 18watts which is why people use them i.e. for the energy savings.

But I agree with CS. You need more juice.

Maybe you should look into LST (low stress training) instead of going 12/12 when it's just barely past the seedling stage (6-7"). Relieves some of the concerns with height constraints.

Would I even get a 1/4 out of this idea to go 12/12 at 7 inch? How much could I yield from it? I might read into this LST stuff though...

if you flowered at 7" with an 18w floro you'd be lucky to get a joint, get more light, if you can't afford an HPS system, just get 4/5 more floros around it, cool and warm white, you'd yield something with those

you can also buy a relatively cheap 200w porcelain fixture and a normal 200w house bulb.. this will provide more light in the red spectrum. although it dosent compare at all to would you could do with hid's
