I started out only smoking a few times a week, then a gram a day, then 2, then up to 4, now back to 2. I know its really bad with my asthma, because i constantly have to use my inhalers everyday. Im only suppose to use one for emergiencies and the other twice a day. I use the emergency one like twice a day and the other one twice a day. I still weez all the time.
