it will take longer because your vegetative cycle is being drawn out. MJ needs a minimum of 16-18 hours of light to make vegetative growth ideal. On 12/12 from seed your plant will take much longer to mature, as the light cycle you're using.. is mainly for flowering.

The purpose of 12/12 is to simulate the end of the season, the days getting shorter. This tells the plant it's time to seed.. or make bud. buds would turn to seed if they were pollenated.

So on 12/12 your plant will grow slowly, automatically flower.. and only grow so big.
BobBong Reviewed by BobBong on . 12/12 All the way?? What do you think the results would be if I grow plants (Sativa Dominant example. Haze/Durban Poison) under 12/12 photoperiod? I mean from seedling to finish. I think it would grow normally under this photoperiod because in the tropics that is the way the sun works. Has anyone tried this? Rating: 5
