True, the purple plants are mainly Indicas, but they aren't always "weak" or anything. Check out some Aurora Indica, some of the most potent weed on earth at up to 20% THC (White Russian is the best at 22%). But yeah, I'd have to say that my Purple Haze was definitely an Indica, at least from what I remember. Not exactly a social Sativa strain, as for most of the time I didn't know who I was, where I was, or that I was existant. Hard to explain, but it was sorta like an "out-of-body experience" for me. first off Purple Haze is a staiva if it has haze in its name it means it more of a sativa from the haze famley of cannabis

Good point ... IDK, I was pretty much tripping out for most of the time. I remember being extremely cloudy in my brief moments of conciousness between the times that I was pretty much OOB. At one point I passed out while walking around in this girls apartment, and they had to carry me to the couch. Keep in mind this was back in my early years, around the summer after 8th grade, so I was probably ... 13? 14? Somewhere around there anyways. IDK why, but now that you mention it it is as Sativa, simply because of the haze, but the high was reminiscent of an Indica high, for myself. Good point though, and it's time for me to do some research into it now ... lol

Yeah I was discussing the sativa/purple thing with my girlfriend and she said she got a heavy couchlock off some purple urple, so I had to question the whole sativa thing.

Yeah, if it's purple it doesn't have to be a Sativa. Do a search for Aurora Indica. But yeah, Purple Haze would hafta be a Sativa, simply cause it's a Haze.

some of you are probably getting mixed ideas here if the leaves around your bud are purple and not the bud its self, you actually have weed that has not been properly grown, if the actual BUD its self has traces of purple then you my frined have the real deal, my frined has been trying to grow a good purple haze for awhle cause people around here will pay absolutely rediculous prices for it
