Over Lighting
Are leaves supposed to be more tough/robust/ dry feeling as they mature? I was worrying I might be over lighting the girls possibly drying them out. Please, tell me I am wrong?

Over Lighting
From reading in my MJ Growing Bible the only thing I came across was a warning that 2,000 watt hps systems for small spaces may be enough to bleach them...
If you're not using anything up that high I wouldn't worry about the light being too much. I'd be more concerned about making sure they are getting plenty of fresh air and not letting your grow space get too warm...I have finished my research here and can now complete my book - BTW - I\'m a male author, not a female. All photos that I put up here were from a site I found on the internet. I haven\'t ever smoked pot or grown anything except regular fruit or vegetables when I was a kid.
I hope you all don\'t get caught growing pot most of you seem like decent people. I\'ve never used pot, but so far my research points to the idea that pot \"seems\" to be less dangerous than booze.

Yes, leaves will become a bit rough over time.... You canover ligh pants.. very hard to do.. and as Lady said tehy will appear bleached.. the cool thing is, that when you remove the light the color comes back to the leaves... they don't beocme necrotic..
This happens in nature sometimes to plants at very high elevationns..
Like vapor dame said - i wouldn't worry.. unless you like to worry... I don't mean to tell you what to do..
i love you

Ahhh, ok.. so you cant really over light so much as over heat... well my room is at 77 farenheit most of the time might go up a degree in the day mabye down a few in the night... I have fresh air pumpin in from outside, and as you know its slowly becoming winter. I'm taking advantage of the cold air and getting my lights close
Thanks for the help guys
Peace
