I need help really quick!
Ok, my friend amy lent me her bowl for a while, and i noticed it was dirty, so i decided to clean it. I put some water in a pot and boiled it and put the bowl in the pot. But i left the bowl in there and forgot about it. later i smelt something burning and i was like "OH FUCK AMYS BOWL!!!" so i ran downstairs and put it under cold water, after the bowl cooled off, i looked at it and the glass is cracked every fucking where! AND to make things worse... the bottom of the bowl is actually burnt. It is all brown and shit.
Is there anything i can do to save it!?!?TheAtomicPunk Reviewed by TheAtomicPunk on . I need help really quick! No, it's a total loss. If you break a glass, or crack one, can you fix it? No, you can't. How ever way you put it, it will be noticeably broken or cracked. Plus, you pretty much cooked on and burnt the resin onto it.
Why would you clean someone elses pipe anyways? If a buddy of mine tried to that I'd ring him out. What if she wanted to clean it and save the resin for dry times? Now you're broken it in the process.
It's a write off. Apologize and buy her a new piece and don't expect to borrow anything from her in the future.

your problem was in running it under the water, you should have set it on a paper towel to dry and cool off over an hour or so,it would have been hard to get that resin out,but not as hard as it will be to explain this one to her
