yeah what cyberbud said... you risk shock.. but most lkely the plant will pull through... plants in hydro grow "water roots" plants in soil grow "soil roots".. this is where the problem may occur.. the hydro plant may not have the proper roots structure to get what it needs from the soil...

But I think it will work!!! I woul use a lot of perlite. 40% perlite.. and keep it moist

Thanks for the replies- Didn't know hydro roots and soil roots actually have different form structure. Thats an interesting bit of information Mr Knowm and it does make sense that even if their roots were the same that the change from hydro to soil would require the hydro to adapt to being in the soil , being its a different medium, duhhh, I am a lil slow sometimes .

I think I am embarking on what may be my first experimental area of growing and it's entirely by happenstance. I have been reading trying to find some extensive information on the reveg thing and either I have done a poor search or there is just limited information on the subject or moreso the results of reveging. I put four hydro into reveg, three soil and one which is now soil but was transplanted from hydro.

Perhaps I will discover some viable information before I am done. If so I will post .....
,,,,,OMG...... ..... another mad scientist on dope, lol

    thanks
    peace
