Well at the moment I use windows, but when I can I'll probably get a mac, after all Stephen Fry and Douglas Adams use them ergo they must rock.

Not just the iPod, but an actual Mac machine at home or work? I think a lot of the folks unhappy w/ their iPods r prob using them on their PCs. So, Mac-lover? Mac-hater?
