the main point is, if the plant is ready to harvest or not. if the time is come, i don't think it'd be too unfair to grab some buds. it is the share of the eyes.

also planting is something you may own, but the soil is ours after all.

finding weed is finding weed i know that if any of you saw a dimebag on the ground full of bud you would pick it up and walk off with it in a second unless your one of those crazy growers who has a couple garbage bags of weed stored away, but yeah its rude to go onto someones private property and steal there plants but if its out in the woods on public land then you run the risk of getting it yanked, ive had it happen to me more times then id like to mention
