Yes. Only rich and powerful people, that is, people who love power and money and have successfully pursued that love, are able make it to positions of significant power within governments. Do you honestly think that people selected according to those criteria will actually care about you more than they care about power and money? Even in the rare case that someone in power at first does really care more about the people than anything else, history shows us time and time again that power corrupts. No government in all of human history has been able to escape that axiom.

yeah they have already admitted social security is bankrupt and they cant guarantee anyone born beyond 1950 around there ,there is going to be thousands of old people stealing going to prison and being bums in about 20 years. its going to be a grand setup.

I think our government has stopped listening to the people they are supposed to be taking care of. 1984 is happening... slowly
