e-mailed threads

Mods, or anyone who knows, I have just recently started recieving an e-mail for every thread I post on. Is there some way to stop it, becides not posting, LOL! I know what threads I post on and do not want an e-mail telling me what I did. Thanks. N2

Pody, if you only smoked that one joint and were clean before that, you have
nothing to worry about. 1 time/occasional use drops below testing cutoff levels
within 1-5 days. If you were a regular smoker before June 18th, you may want to
do a home test about 3 days before your other test. If is shows you are still
possitive, then you have time to prepair to either substitute a clean sample or
dilute you urine. Links to both guidelines are in my signature.

DrGonzo, drinking vinagar will not allow you to pass and if enough is consumed
and the urine pH is 'screwed up', as you suggest, to a level outside the urine
validity check limits of 4.5-9.0, the test is concidered adultrated and is a
automatic failed test. Please be a little more carfull about the advice you
post.

The thread subscribe function is not even supposed to work - will be disabled pronto; perhaps there's a bug in the software that ignores the admin's settings.

I went to USER CP, EDIT OPTIONS, and changed it from DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, where it was set, to NO EMAIL NOTIFICATION. I haven't recieved another email since. Thanks for the responce. N2
