Ack blazing and getting sick =/

Every time i blaze i always get this really back sick feeling and cough alot... but i never really get to the point of throwing up just feel like shit i think its cause i swallow the smoke on accident but iono can some 1 help me out =/

I heard somwhere that if you exhale from your nose you know your inhaling it correctly. I've never had to do that though I seem to always inhale.

u'll cough less the longer uve been smoking
