And it's weird how you can be best friends with someone, and feel like you're in love with them, then get together and realize things aren't how you'd imagined. I'm too familiar with that story. There is, however, no way of knowing whether this actually *is* the right guy for you, though. You never know. Sometimes you just need to take a chance rather than spending your whole life wondering "what if"? Advice is always a good way to gather opinions, but the decision should be based on how you feel. Personally I wouldn't do it seeing as you've only known him for so long. I've had my heart broken in thirteen pieces, and am very cautious of commitment. Of course, it sounds like there's a chance nothing will happen between you two - it could just be a chance to get a change of scenery and pace. Do what you feel is best.
Yeah, it really is beautiful. It sorta holds a special meaning for me, because I was born and raised there until I was about 7 ... And I haven't been back yet
maybe someday I'll go there for a week or something, just to get back in touch with it. Sorry, just really high right now and reading this just brought back so many missed memories.

Well, like myself, he has a lot of past situations and drama to deal with here in the city we live in. He wants to get away and has been looking for a roommate to move to Wilmington, NC with him. I was pondering the idea of moving to Jacksonville, FL, but this may be a better situation for me.

We're both planning on finding jobs there and going to the community college down there. I know some people who go to UNC Wilmington and others who live there.

So, do y'all think it's a good idea to move with him in 2 weeks?
