Cam's grow budding question, tight nugs?

Hey everyone. I found out I have 2 females, ontop of my already known female. Only 1 male out of the 4 of them. I have a two foot female outside still along with a weaker looking female. One was late into budding and probably won't make it outside too much longer. Inside I have my other smaller females, about 15 inches and going into bud just now. I have 3 CFLs (55 actual watts used... equal to got knows how much.) They're highest wattage and lumens I could find in walmart. They're stationed around this one single 15 inch female- inside my grow box. My question is, how do I make it so that this plant grows nice fluffy/tight nuggs? Do I need more light than I have? Pictures on the way.

Well, from what I read, you need more light... more light for that 15incher...

And what are you giving your other females? What kind of lights do they get?

My other females get natural sunlight outside all day. I'll have to give my indoor more light. I was thinking 6 or 7 CFLs. But yeah my outdoor females can't come in due to smell. I kinda see it as a lost cause anyhow, since I killed those plants by axident, put them outside, and they shot up again as full new plants. but one is sick and the other is too big to bring inside. so nature is taking care of them. I, of course, give them ferts and water every day.

Oh, I'm sorry. I failed to mention that my plant has already started growing its buds. Is it still planning to grow?

to get tighter denser buds, when you change to flowering if you add some more watts, they will get denser. So another 2 cfls or somthing.

Im still a newbie to, so i cant explain to good.
