Supplemental Light
there is no reason why it wouldnt work
i prefer fluoro for supplemental light, just because of the spectral outputs that are available with the right bulbs... all the best fluoros are in the pet shop
mightymarijuanabuds Reviewed by mightymarijuanabuds on . Supplemental Light I plan on using a 400W HPS/MH combo for the main lighting for about 4-5 plants in a 3'x6'x8' area. I was thinking of using self-ballasted 175W MH bulbs in the clamp on lights with the silver shell reflectors for additional light. Anyone ever try this? It seems like a better way to add more light than using flourescents. Rating: 5[align=center]\"You are in a constant state of learning, and life itself is your teacher.\" -Bruce Lee
